Asharqia Chamber presents you with the best greetings and benefits of receiving the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers (SG / 2320) dated 17/9/1440, which referred to the letter of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment No. (42136) dated (15/9/1440) on the continuation of some markets and shops selling products bearing images of the official currency traded in the Kingdom of these products conditions containing images of categories of the sixth version, which is contrary to Articles (4) and (5) of the Penal Code for Counterfeiting and Counterfeiting of Money issued by Royal Decree No. (12) dated 20/7 / 1379.
Therefore, the Ministry of Commerce and Investment emphasizes on not using the images and designs of currencies traded in the business, except only after obtaining a license to reproduce the currency copies of SAMA.
